Experienced Sales Representative Job Posting

Full Circle Finance is an employee owned specialty finance company operating in Wenatchee WA. The Full Circle team of owners brings in a combined 200 years of experience in the small ticket equipment financing industry. We believe in balancing work, family and play.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a direct industry experience, an understanding of the sales process and superb communication skills.

Make your own hours and work in our Wenatchee office or from your own home office.

Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:

• Establish, develop and maintain positive vendor and customer relationships

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability

Sales Representative Qualifications/Skills:

• Three to five years of direct experience in the equipment finance industry.

• Have existing and established vendor relationships.

• A commitment to excellent customer service.

• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers, vendors and suppliers.

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

• Must be able to pass background check

• Bi-lingual is a plus

Base pay plus commission
